Report on the Justice No. 2 Bill (NIA 57/11-16)

Abstract

This report sets out the Committee for Justice's consideration of the Justice No.2 Bill. This bill consists of 47 clauses and 3 schedules covering a range of policy areas and its purpose is to improve current arrangements for the collection and enforcement of financial penalties, improve the provision of prison services in Northern Ireland, improve upon current statutory provision in relation to certain sex offending and extend lay visiting arrangements in police stations.
